After a couple of decades of passionate involvement in property investment and development, the one thing I rarely experienced was a great service when letting or purchasing any of my properties. Properties are most people’s largest investment, which can drive high levels of emotion when selling or letting.

As a result, Smartmove's core principles are based around customer experience being at the heart of everything we do.

I'm a qualified accountant with years of experience managing customer focused operations. During the weekends & holidays is when I spend time renovating properties for investment purposes to either sell or rent.

Having completed a number of renovation and refurbishment projects over the last 12 years, I have a keen interest in the property market and have built a network of industry contacts.

Being an experienced corporate banker, I also have an extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and the financial sector in the UK.

Over 10 years experience in the Lettings and Property Management sector.

I have extensive Administration and Customer Service experience.

I joined Smartmove to further my passion for the industry and grow with a great company.

I joined Smartmove from previous Sales and Letting agents to further my career within the lettings industry.

Previous to Smartmove, I worked in another Letting Agency. this was my first flavour of lettings which I enjoyed and therefore pursued a career in this field.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, and socialising with friends. I am also really in to cars (fast ones!)

I'm an ambitious, motivated individual who has a particular interest in property as my parents have started a buy-to-let property portfolio. This gave me a taste for the lettings industry

It is interesting to find out how the industry works from the property management perspective. I enjoy all the aspects of the letting process from start to finish.

I enjoy spending time with my younger cousins and family. I also like visiting different areas to shop and socialise with my friends.
