After a couple of decades of passionate involvement in property investment and development, the one thing I rarely experienced was a great service when letting or purchasing any of my properties. Properties are most people’s largest investment, which can drive high levels of emotion when selling or letting.
 

As a result, Smartmove's core principles are based around customer experience being at the heart of everything we do.

I'm a qualified accountant with years of experience managing customer focused operations. During the weekends & holidays is when I spend time renovating properties for investment purposes to either sell or rent.
 

I live in Northampton Town and born and bred in Leicester, so have a very close emotional attachment to both of these areas. I'm married with one child who continues to keep me on my feet when I have spare time away from Smartmove

Having completed a number of renovation and refurbishment projects over the last 12 years, I have a keen interest in the property market and have built a network of industry contacts.

Being an experienced corporate banker, I also have an extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and the financial sector in the UK.
 

Smartmove was originally founded by Bimal and myself to bring together our property interests and corporate backgrounds to provide a professional and friendly experience to individuals wanting to sell or let out their properties.

We enjoy what we do and we hope that shows!

Since a young age, I have had a profound passion for property development. This was established during my adolescence when I regularly developed and refurbished properties for family and friends as a hobby.

After completing a university degree, I have took the step into the property industry. There is nothing better than spending your time working in the field you are passionate about.
 

A degree in Accounting & Finance has given me the underlying knowledge and awareness of business operations as well as allowing me to work with landlords to maximise their asset value.
 

It is an honour to be a part of the Smartmove team and provide high quality homes for all of our tenants with courteous customer service.
 

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with family and friends and continuing to develop my knowledge and skills.

Over 10 years experience in the Lettings and Property Management sector.
 

I have extensive Administration and Customer Service experience.
 

I joined Smartmove to further my passion for the industry and grow with a great company.

I joined Smartmove from previous Sales and Letting agents to further my career within the lettings industry.
 

Previous to Smartmove, I worked in another Letting Agency.  this was my first flavour of lettings which I enjoyed and therefore pursued a career in this field. 

In my spare time I enjoy reading, and socialising with friends.  I am also really in to cars (fast ones!)

I have worked in property lettings and management for more than 10 years and thrive on working in a property environment.

 

In my previous position I worked in the rural property department, this was very was different. but enjoyable, however, I prefer property to fields!

 

In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with my two small grandchildren.

I am very keen on working in the property field as I consider Lettings very interesting, no two days are the same!

 

This is why I decided to get back to work as Lettings Administrator at Smartmove, and I really enjoy it!"
