Our simple 4 Step Process
Join the free Investment Club to be the first to gain access to property investment opportunities. We’re proactively marketing to search for investment properties that provide above average returns on investment. Below is a short guide to how it works:
Step 1: Tell us you’re interested
Register your interest below & we'll contact you to understand your specific requirements including areas of interest. We'll then add you to our members database.
Step 2: Show me the money
When we have a property which is a solid investment, we'll email you with the guide price, pictures, sizes, rooms and potential return on investment. These opportunities will only be shared with members. With our background in finance, we'd be happy to discuss your funding options and help you build your portfolio.
Step 3: Like what you see
If you like what you see then you'll have seven days to view the property and provide us with your tender offer. We'll then do some qualification & present all tender offers to the seller for their consideration.
Step 4: Start earning the return
If the seller accepts your tender offer we'll get the ball rolling on making the investment happen for you. Our fee on completion is only 1% of the purchase (which includes VAT), the sellers conveyancing costs & EPC.

Some customers have an exact idea of where they would like to move, be it an up and coming district or even narrowing it down to an exact street. Smartmove can help you find that property by proactively marketing your interest to our network of contacts & letting you know first when the perfect property becomes available. Here is a short guide to how it works:
Step 1: Get in touch
Let’s discuss the type of property you are after; the location, your budget and any finer details. We'll gather all of this to start helping you find your perfect home.
Step 2: A tailored approach
We'll begin your search using a number of techniques. One of these is to speak to our extensive network of contacts about up & coming sales based on your requirements. We'll also design a targeted marketing campaign based on your area and street choices.
Step 3: Matching
Based on the tailored approach, properties that become available will be flagged up on our system and we'll discuss these with you first.
Step 4: Introductions
If you're interested in any of these properties, then we'll contact the seller & facilitate the purchase. With our experience in finance we can discuss your funding options and help arrange it.
